Indication

  • CELAMINE® Tablet is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of:
  • Seasonal or perennial allergic rhinitis the after failure of antihistamine alone or associated with a local corticosteroid.
  • Acute urticar.

    • Ingredient

  • Betamethasone ………………………… 0.25mg
  • Dexchlorpheniramine maleate ………………. 2mg
  • Excipients: q.s.f ……………………………. 1 tablet

    • Direction

  • Reserved for adult and child over 6 years old.
  • Child from 6 to 12 years old: 1 tablet, morning and evening.
  • Adult and child over 12 years old: 3 or 4 tablets per day.

    • Mode of administration: Oral route.

    Side effects

  • Those which require an immediate interruption of the treatment and medical attention: allergic reactions (erythema, Quincke edema, anaphylactic choc,…), agranulocytosis leading possibly to the apparition of fever accompanied or not by the symptoms of infections, thrombopenia which can cause the bleeding of the nose and the gums.
  • Somnolence, loss of memory and concentration, vertigos, tremors, ataxia, confusion,
  • Dry mouth, visual problems, urinary retention, constipation, palpitations, modified blood pressure.
  • Bruises, bone fragility, weight gain, hydro-electrolytic disorders.
  • Pregnancy: the usage is possible at recommended doses and for a short period of time (a few days).
  • Breast-feeding: the usage is not recommended due to the passage of this medication into breast milk.
