HOW TO USE:
- Wash your hands and dry them.
- Remove the sanitary pad from the package.
- Peel off the paper on the back of the sanitary pad.
- Apply the adhesive strip to the panties.
- Dispose of the sanitary pads by using the wrapper you removed from the new sanitary pad to wrap the used one. Always throw used sanitary pads into the trash. Do not throw it into the toilet bowl.
- Wash your hands thoroughly.
