Ingredients:
Per 4 drops
Vitamin D3 400 IU - 10 mcg
Fluoride 0.25 mg

Instructions of use:
4 drops (app 0.15mL) daily. 4 drops daily directly to baby's mouth or mix with water. Turn the bottle completely upside down. There is no need to shake the bottle, as the drop will fall out by itself.
