Usage:
For the treatment of ulcers in the stomach and intestine.
Provides relief from heartburn, pain and chest pain due to acid reflux disease (Gastroesophageal reflux disease).
To treat Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, a condition of increased acid production in the stomach due to a tumour.
It helps to eradicate infection of the bacteria H. Pylori, which if left untreated, can cause ulcers.
Dosage:
Overdose: Symptoms of overdose include weakness and stomach discomfort. If you think you have taken too much of Nexium Tablet, contact your doctor immediately or visit the nearest hospital.
Missed a Dose:If you missed any dose of Nexium Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. If it's time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dose schedule. Do not take a double dose of medicine to compensate for the missed one.
