Acide Folique CCD 5Mg 20Tab/Box

Indications:
This medicine contains folic acid (vitamin B9), essential for metabolism. Folic acid deficiency is responsible for certain forms of anemia. This vitamin is also of particular interest when taken before and during the start of pregnancy, in the prevention of a serious abnormality in the development of the nervous system of the embryo.

Usage:
- in the treatment of folic acid deficiency ,
- before and during pregnancy to prevent a rare malformation of the unborn child in women predisposed to this risk.

Dosage and route of administration:
.1 to 3 tablets per day.
Future mother: 1 tablet per day, to be taken at least 1 month before conception and during the first 3 months of pregnancy.
It is very important to start treatment before conception. For this purpose, treatment can be started as soon as contraception is stopped or as soon as the decision to have a child is made. This medication can be taken for a long time without inconvenience.

Description: Folic acid CCD 5 mg is an anti-anemic medication reserved for adults and intended to treat proven folic acid deficiencies (anaemia, poor absorption, insufficient intake, pregnancy, etc.).
Foods rich in folic acid are green vegetables, liver and kidneys.

Precautions for use:
Tell your doctor if you are taking treatment containing phenobarbital, primidone or phenytoin.

This medicine can be taken during pregnancy. Be sure to consult your doctor and/or pharmacist
The use of this medication is possible during breastfeeding.
The use of Folic Acid CCD 5mg can cause digestive disorders and exceptionally, skin disorders.
