If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.

When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects. Adults: Take 1 or 2 tablets daily with food. Children 6 years and over: Take 1 tablet daily with food (if required, break the tablet in half) or as directed by your health professional.
